This is a group session to gently and safely rewire your brain and heal your inner parts using the MAP Method™.

Do you feel like you’re stuck and can’t move forward? Or keep coming back to the same place? When certain people or situations trigger you, do you become a totally different person? Maybe you need to rewire your brain and heal your inner dysfunctional parts! The MAP Method™The MAP Method™ is a gentle and safe subconscious reprogramming modality that is extremely effective at treating the parts of us that are hurt, shut down and dysfunctional. It does this by rewiring memories in the brain. When those parts are healed and we become more whole and complete, our perspective begins to change. For many, that happens in a surprisingly short amount of time, and for some it can even be life changing! Who could benefit from MAP:<ul><li>You’re open to the idea that the subconscious mind has a lot of information which influences you, both positively and negatively.</li></ul><ul><li>You’re curious about alternative methods like hypnosis, EMDR and subconscious reprogramming.</li></ul><ul><li>You want to be less triggered by negative emotions, be more clear and focused, and function better. </li></ul><ul><li>You&#x27;re looking for a method that can remove your inner blocks quickly and effectively.</li></ul>Many people I&#x27;ve worked with felt themselves become calmer, more forward-thinking and optimistic within the space of a single session. When MAP is done in group sessions, the change may not be as profound as an individual session, but it’s still enough to give you a taste of what MAP can offer.

Q&amp;AAdditional details:<ul><li>The group MAP will be held on Zoom – a link will be sent to you after registration. </li></ul><ul><li>For privacy reasons, this session won’t be recorded. </li></ul><ul><li>The group MAP is intended for general clearing. So please don’t choose to work on topics that are traumatic (those are best addressed in a private session)! I will guide you to focus on something that’s less triggering but bothering you enough that when it clears, you’ll notice the difference.</li></ul><ul><li>It’s possible you might feel tired after the group MAP is over. It means your body is relaxing because it’s releasing long-held tension.
