Microgreens are essentially little seedlings of edible veggies and herbs, that can add a fresh pop of colour and healthy flavour to your meals. In celebration of Earth Day, join us for an interactive workshop to explore familiar and also unusual varieties of microgreens, how to cultivate and care for them, and the different ways you can use these nutrient-rich baby plants. We can contribute to sustainability by growing our own food to reduce the need for extensive farming and plastic packaging.
