About this event

This course is suitable for Secondary School students.

In today's fast-paced and technology-driven world, students are often overwhelmed by the demands of school and family. The constant pressure of having to perform in both academic and non-academic areas, as well as the long hours spent using electronic devices, may hinder their ability to focus, manage stress, and interact with others.

Recognizing the need to maintain stable emotional well-being and build mental resilience, this Level 1 course is designed to introduce mindfulness to students, with an emphasis on attention training and emotion regulation. By practicing paying attention to the present moment, with kindness and curiosity, Mindfulness helps students to become more aware of their emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations.
