Growth Circle | Where Are Your Boundaries? (26 Nov, 7–8.30 PM)
Overview
Where do your boundaries begin and end?
In Singapore’s fast-paced culture, it’s easy to lose track of where work, relationships, and self start to overlap. Many of us say “yes” too often — only to feel stretched, resentful, or drained.
This Growth Circle is an intimate, therapist-guided space to pause and reconnect.
Through reflection, dialogue, and gentle facilitation, you’ll explore:
- 🌱 How to recognise personal, emotional, and time boundaries
- 💬 Why saying “no” can be an act of self-respect, not guilt
- 🧭 Practical ways to express limits at work or with loved ones
- 💡 How to align your boundaries with what truly matters to you
You’ll leave with clarity — and one boundary you can start practising right away.
