This Guided Hypno-Relaxation & NSDR session offers a quiet space to slow down and allow the mind and body to unwind.

Through gentle hypnotic guidance, breath awareness, and NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) practices, participants are guided into a deeply restorative state where mental noise softens and accumulated tension begins to release.

NSDR practices support the brain’s natural recovery processes, helping the nervous system move out of stress and back into balance.

Simply lie back, close your eyes, and allow yourself to settle into a deeper level of rest.


What you’ll experience

This guided session combines hypnotic relaxation with evidence-informed NSDR practices to support deep restoration.

Participants may experience:

• A deep nervous system reset
• Greater mental clarity and calm
• Improved emotional balance
• Support for better sleep quality

Stephen Lew

Stephen Lew is the Founder and CEO of The School of Positive Psychology (TSPP). Since 2007, TSPP has trained more than 15,000 students and over 500 organisations, with corporate training delivered across Singapore, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Japan.

With 19 years of experience in positive psychology, psychotherapy, and education, Stephen has been featured by Singapore media including Channel News Asia, The Straits Times, 938NOW, Harper’s Bazaar, and 8 Days on topics related to wellbeing and human flourishing.

He is a certified psychotherapist, clinical hypnotherapist, and supervisor, and a fellow of the National Council of Psychotherapists (UK). As a therapist and positive psychology coach, Stephen has worked with more than 800 clients, supporting individuals in developing wellbeing, resilience, and psychological insight.

His sessions combine psychological science, therapeutic practice, and experiential guidance to create spaces for deep reflection, restoration, and growth.
