About the Guided tour on Lively Places Fund - Green Gaia
Having received feedback from seniors in their estate that it was physically challenging for them to participate in the existing community garden, residents from Spottiswoode Park created structural amenities such as a vertical farming area, greenhouse nursery, and a semi-sheltered rest area. With these enhancements, elderly gardening enthusiasts can now farm with ease, and residents could organise regular gardening workshops to share their knowledge with others.
Things to Note
By registering for the tour, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- Your personal data may be used and/or disclosed for purposes of data analysis and identity verification and such other related purposes
- Photos and videos may be taken by the organisers during the tour and used for publicity purposes
- Unauthorised recording in any form, including video and audio, is not allowed during the workshop
- Participants shall be responsible for any injury, loss or damage due to carelessness or other actions on his/her part

Terms and conditions
- Participation in this activity is entirely voluntary. Participants should be aware that this activity may carry risks of injury and/or damage to my property. I agree not to hold the Urban Redevelopment Authority and HDB responsible and to indemnify the Urban Redevelopment Authority from and against any such action and/or liability that I or a third party may suffer as a result of my own actions or negligence. If my child or ward is participating in this activity and is below 18 years old, I agree to the above on his/her behalf.
- For safety reasons, outdoor tours might be cancelled in the event of inclement weather such as thunderstorms. We agree and accept that the Urban Redevelopment Authority and HDB shall not be held liable for any form of compensation or refund whatsoever arising out of the cancellation of the outdoor tour(s), unless otherwise stated.
- In the event participants are unable to attend the above-mentioned tour, we agree and accept that no refund for the tour fee shall be made.
