About this event
In support of Singapore World Water Day 2022, and in collaboration with PUB, Cicada Tree Eco-Place will be organising guided walks to MacRitchie Reservoir this March school holidays! We will explore the remnant rainforest at this location which is still home to an amazing diversity of native wildlife and plants. In Singapore, our water is not only from recycled and de-salinated sources but also originates from our rainforests.
Here we can see how the rainforest makes, captures and filters precious water. These walks will be on dirt trails and wooden boardwalks with some steps.
Dates and timing:
12 March 2022, 9.00am to 11.00am.
13 March 2022, 4.00pm to 6.00pm.
19 March 2022, 9.00am to 11.00am.
20 March 2022, 4.00pm to 6.00pm.
All ages welcome.
Cost: Free, on a first-come-first-served basis.
Participants needs to be fully vaccinated to join our walks.
