What is the charges for guitar restringing services

Our expert guitar restringing service ensures that each string is carefully and professionally installed for optimal sound quality and playability.  Please note that the $6 per string / $28 for full 6-string replacement fee does not include the strings' cost. Strings must be purchased separately.

Is the guitar setup service free of charges?

If you purchased your Yamaha Guitar at any of our Yamaha Music Stores, you will be entitled to one complimentary Guitar Setup service. You are required to book a Guitar Setup service appointment within 7 days, and the guitar setup has to be completed within the two month duration after purchase.

Do I need to book an appointment?

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking an appointment in advance. Priority will be given to those with appointments over walk-ins.

How long do i have to wait?

Accepted Answer

Typically, the service takes around 30 minutes to an hour. However, all services are rendered on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, we recommend setting aside up to 4 hours. You will be contacted once your guitar is ready for collection.

Does service available in other Yamaha music stores?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, these services are only available at Yamaha Plaza Singapura and Yamaha Service Centre. No booking is required if you are bringing your guitar to the Yamaha Service Centre. However, this service may not be completed within a day.

Do you provide delivery services?

Unfortunately, we do not offer pick-up or return services, as all guitars must be physically inspected before and after the service.

Yes, you may cancel your appointment using your Eventbrite app.

You may pay for the services rendered via Cash, NETS, or Credit Cards.

Our comprehensive guitar setup service adjusts various components of your instrument to enhance its performance and playability. This service can include adjustments to the truss rod, bridge, saddle, and intonation to ensure your guitar is in top playing condition.
