Guitar Restringing, Setup & General Cleaning Services at Yamaha Plaza Singapura, Beatspot

We are pleased to offer Guitar Restringing, Guitar Setup and Guitar General Cleaning services at Yamaha Plaza Singapura, Beatspot every alternate Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Our trained Guitar Technician will be on-site to assist you with your guitar needs, ensuring your instrument is in optimal playing condition.

Charges may apply for the services rendered. Whether you require a simple restringing or a comprehensive setup, our expert technician will provide professional, high-quality service to enhance your playing experience. Visit us and let us help you keep your guitar in top shape.

Terms & Conditions for Guitar Restringing and Guitar Setup Services:

Guitar Restringing Service:

• Our expert guitar restringing service ensures that each string is carefully and professionally installed for optimal sound quality and playability.
• The $6.00 per string / $28 full 6-string replacement fee does not include the cost of the strings themselves. Strings must be purchased separately.
• The Guitar Restringing Prices do not include the cost of a new set of guitar strings, which are sold separately.
• All Prices listed are inclusive of GST.
• Yamaha reserves the right to decline guitar services if the instrument is deemed unserviceable.

Guitar Setup Service:

• If you purchased your Yamaha guitar from any of our Yamaha Music Stores, you are entitled to one complimentary Guitar Setup service.
• Please book your Guitar Setup service appointment within 7 days of purchase. The setup must be completed within two months of the purchase date.
• Guitar Setup service is limited to only Yamaha-branded guitars.
• There will be a charge of $62.00 for Guitar Setup services requested after 7 days from purchase.
• All Prices listed are inclusive of GST.
• Yamaha reserves the right to decline guitar services if the instrument is deemed unserviceable.

Guitar General Cleaning Service:

• General guitar cleaning encompasses maintaining the body and neck, ensuring they remain in optimal condition.
• The service fee for Guitar General Cleaning is $37.00.
• All Prices listed are inclusive of GST.
• Yamaha reserves the right to decline guitar services if the instrument is deemed unserviceable.

Appointment Booking:

• To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking an appointment in advance.
• Priority will be given to those with appointments over walk-ins.
• Pre-Appointment booking is required for "By Appointment Services".

Service Duration:

• Typically, the service takes around 30 minutes to an hour. However, all services are rendered on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, we recommend setting aside up to 4 hours for the service. You will be contacted once your guitar is ready for collection.
• Service delays may occur during peak or busy period.

Service Locations:

These services are only available at Yamaha Plaza Singapura and Yamaha Service Centre.

No booking is required if you are bringing your guitar to the Yamaha Service Centre. These services are only available at Yamaha Plaza Singapura and Yamaha Service Centre. However, this service may not be completed within a day.

Service Centre Operating Hours are:

Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday: Closed

Liability and Indemnity:

• While we strive to provide the highest quality service, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the guitar that may occur during the service.
• By availing of our services, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Yamaha Plaza Singapura, Beatspot, and its employees from any liability arising out of or related to the service provided.

Cancellation Policy:

• Yamaha reserves the right to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff unavailability or technical issues.
• In the event of cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your appointment at the earliest convenience.

Modification of Terms:

• Yamaha Plaza Singapura, Beatspot reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to the terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
