Hygieia Strength & Conditioning is very pleased to announce our fourth Halloween Deadlift & Fundraising Meet '25
Set deadlift PRs and enjoy loads of meat at the BBQ thereafter while raising funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association(Singapore). The minimum entry fee for the meet is SGD 50, which includes a spot on the platform and lots of meat at the BBQ.
Nett proceeds above SGD 50 will go towards the Muscular Dystrophy Association (Singapore) to help uplift the lives of persons with muscular dystrophy. Learn more about the association here - https://www.mdas.org.sg/
We hope you're big on lifting heavy weights as well as helping others who are in need. At our previous meet, we raised a total of SGD753.25 and we hope to smash that record this time!
No memberships or singlets are required for this meet. Costumes are not mandatory but very highly encouraged. Do note that during the deadlift attempt, your entire shin has to be covered.
Prizes will be awarded for:
- Best dressed lifter
