Online Ticketing Terms & Conditions:
- Event ticket to Tampines 1 Halloween Maze admits one person, valid for single entry only.
- Strictly no refunds are allowed. All ticket purchases are final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
- Re-entry to the Tampines 1 Halloween Maze is not permitted.
- Kindly save the confirmation email/payment ID.
- The Halloween Maze is not advisable for shoppers with medical conditions, pregnant women and children below the age of 12 (unless with adult supervision).
- Event ticket has no monetary value. There will not be any refunds for any unattended events nor replacement for any misplaced or torn ticket.
- Event ticket will be void if altered, tampered with, or damaged.
- Original event ticket must be presented upon the point of visit to Tampines 1 Halloween Maze.
- Entry will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of the Event staff and The Management of Tampines 1 shall be final.
