I did not attend any yoga class before, is the class for me?

Yes! This class is intended for newbie who would like to start learning yoga! You may try at your own comfortable position at your own place for starting!

It is a live class, is it compulsory to turn on my camera while practicing?

No - you may turn it off and follow the flow if you not comfortable to turn on. However, we encourage the student to on the camera if they okay. Our instructor will try to gives some tips on the body alignment when they able to see you in their screen and try to reach the best result of the class.

I do have some injury that might not comfortable on certain pose, am i still able to join the class?

Yes - if you wanted to join the class with certain injury concerns, we do encourage you to first get the doctor advise, and stay at your own pace with your own comfortable position or level whenever you think it is intense or might cause you injury, to reach your own balancing level.
