How much is this session?

This is a FREE session done to help you decide if HypnoBirthing is suitable for you. Alot of parents go through pregnancy not aware of how the choices they make will impact their birth and parenting journey. This session aims at helping you understand how HypnoBirthing works and how it can help you.

Question 2

Can my partner/husband join?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Birth is a family event, the role that your partner plays is important. How they positively encourage and support you during pregnancy & labour helps you navigate through your birth in a healthy way. What better way for them to understand than to attend!

Question 3

What if I cannot attend? Will the recorded session be shared?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately I only do live sessions to garner the engagement with you and get your feedback. So while you will not have access to the recorded session, you can check for subsequent sessions.

Question 4

Will this teach me breathing or relaxation techniques?

Accepted Answer

Breathing/Relaxation/Hypnosis techniques will only be taught in the Full HypnoBirthing Course. This is an awareness session that will help you understand why HypnoBirthing matters, and how it can help. If you want to dive into all the tools HypnoBirthing offers, then join the full course

Is HypnoBirthing similar to hospital antenatal classes?

Accepted Answer

Vastly different from hospital antenatal classes. HypnoBirthing gives you more autonomy and insights on choices for birth. Empowering you to find the right doctor, lead a healthier pregnancy to make better choices for a healthier outcome for you and your baby.

Question 6

I'm very close to my EDD, will it be too late to sign up for a full HypnoBirthing Course?

If you are above 35weeks, intensive private classes can be conducted to speed up the learning. Please contact me to arrange for this.
