About Talk Your Heart Out (TYHO)

Talk Your Heart Out (TYHO) is an end-to-end therapy platform that offers a variety of therapy services for individuals, couples, families, and businesses.

About the Webinar

Work stress is something we always hear about - from people dealing with toxic bosses, blurred boundaries, or even unrealistic workloads. And when things pile up like that, it doesn’t just stay at work; it can affect personal life too.

But managing these situations isn’t easy. It’s hard to regulate emotions in the moment, and most of us were never taught how to set boundaries or handle difficult conversations with colleagues.

That’s why knowing how to have those conversations — and setting clear limits — can help protect your mental wellbeing and improve your work life. 🫂

Join us for an AMA-style webinar with TYHO Therapist Alexis to navigate your tricky workplace dynamics and issues.

Alexis will also be answering your questions live, so bring them along! 🤩

Who is this webinar for?

In this webinar, learn how to:

  • Prepare for tough conversations at work
  • Navigate power dynamics
  • Regulate emotions to stay composed
  • Apply real-life strategies through case studies
