Private Therapy Course – Heal from the Past and Reclaim Your Present

If past trauma is interfering with your sleep, focus, emotions, or relationships, you don’t have to carry it alone. This private therapy course helps you process traumatic experiences using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a proven, structured method to reduce PTSD symptoms and restore emotional safety.

Trauma can show up as flashbacks, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, or feeling stuck in survival mode. Through guided sessions, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, separate past from present, and rebuild a calmer, more grounded sense of self.

Each session is confidential, gentle, and tailored to your pace — held at the tranquil Wooden House Bangkok.
