Can I do this course online instead of in person?

Yes. While we recommend in-person sessions for trauma support, online sessions are available via Zoom or Google Meet. Please contact us in advance to request this option.

Is this the same as EMDR or somatic therapy?

No. This course is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We focus on understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors — and developing tools to create safety, insight, and healing.

Is this course suitable for complex trauma or long-term PTSD?

Yes, though it depends on your current emotional stability. This course is structured for mild to moderate PTSD. For more severe cases, we may refer you to a specialist or recommend a slower pacing.
