This 2h journalling workshop aims to:
- Use writing prompts to self-examine and get clarity on your experiences
- Guide you on navigating and processing your emotions on paper
- Build your confidence to let go and look forward to what’s next
What makes this unique:
This workshop is geared towards anyone who feels stuck and seek self-reflection time with peer support. We aim to create a safe space and you are not required to share your personal writing with the circle.
Please note that this is not a counseling session and we won’t be bashing up exes – just guiding you to move on with your wiser self!
