About this event
What is this programme about?
This session seeks to introduce an alternative adult pedagogical framework to the Training and Adult Education (TAE) community. In recognition of the changing training needs from the companies and the workforce, this methodology explores extending learning support beyond the actual learning process to the post-learning application phase where learners can receive support while performing their job tasks under established workflows.
As an independent consultant or company employee, would you like to know how you can help companies embed learning within their employee’s workflow? How can you implement learning support which is responsive to continuous changes to the workflow and job competencies? What kind of support would be best suited for the client’s employees?
Join us at this session to get a glimpse into this alternative pedagogy and how you could value add to your engagement with your clients.
