We are a group of like-minded individuals who are enthusiastic about the study and conservation of reptiles and amphibians.We are built upon the three principles of Ethics, Rigour and Outreach. In an effort to promote an awareness of Singapore’s natural and historical heritage, and to promote conversations amongst Singaporeans, we have begun the Herp Walk! We want to raise awareness, in particular, about Herps! These misunderstood creatures are often thought of as scary or unnecessary. But we want to show Singaporeans that Herps are important and integral to the Singaporean ecosystem! So join us for this walk.
Come down for a night walk through Tampines Eco-Green! Although it is an urban park, a stroll through this green patch can be very rewarding. See the many bats flying in the sky as dusk falls. Listen to the bellowing call of the Banded Bullfrog. If we're lucky, we may even come across a snake or two!

How much does it cost?
Good news! The Herp Walks are absolutely free!
What to bring to the event?
Just wear light clothing and shoes which you are comfortable in. Bring water for hydration. Insect repellant is not necessary but may be brought along. As this is a night walk, successful participants are encouraged to bring along a small torch (nothing too strong!)
In the interest of the environment, you do not have to print out your ticket. We will have a registration sheet. Simply register at the event itself.
