  • do come on time, door opens 5 minutes before class starts
  • wear comfortable clothing
  • yoga mats will be provided, feel free to bring your own mat or towel

The Himalayan Yoga of Joy is a practice that aims to bring joy to your life. We encourage participants to listen to their body (and let the judging mind take a rest). No background is needed. In fact, the more inflexible you are, the greater benefits you may experience.
