Are children allowed at the event, and do they need tickets?

The event features content unsuitable for individuals aged 13 and below. Parental discretion is strongly advised as there are no refunds on tickets sold. All attendees must purchase tickets for entry regardless of age.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are $18 each.

Am I required to present my student pass during entry?

Accepted Answer

You will be required to present a valid student pass to our crew during entry if you have purchased a concessionary student ticket. If you are unable to produce a valid student pass, you will be required to make a top-up for a regular-priced ticket.

What does a ticket entitle me to?

Each ticket is valid for 1 (one) guest and for 1 (one) use only during event day and hours. All ticket holders are also entitled to 1 (one) goodie bag loaded with vouchers and treats (limited to first 1,000 attendees), a VR gaming experience and a photo booth experience.

Food and drinks are not permitted within the scare maze. There are plenty of dining options available at Waterway Point for a great meal before and after attending the event.

Can I wear my Halloween costume into the scare maze?

Halloween costumes may be worn. However, costume masks/face coverings and Halloween makeup may not be worn into the scare maze. We also recommend donning covered footwear when attending the event.
