Join us for a hands-on workshop that brings together birding and AI learning. Teens will discover how artificial intelligence identifies birds through photos and sounds, learn to use the Merlin Bird ID app, and build their own simple AI model using Google Teachable Machine.
The session is led by one of our Young Maker educators who is also a passionate birder.
What Participants Will Learn
- How AI “sees” and “hears” birds through image and audio recognition
- How to train a simple AI model with Google Teachable Machine
- Essential birding etiquette
- Real Life testing using Merlin Bird app
