Our Instructors

Eric Sim is an Adjunct Lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic, where he teaches social media strategy. He is the co-founder and managing director of Epic Dialogue, an integrated marketing agency. Eric, whose expertise lies in brand consultancy, marketing, and business development, regularly conducts digital marketing and branding workshops for businesses.

Melanie Lee is an Associate Faculty at the Singapore University of Social Sciences, where she lectures and develops curriculum for media writing courses. She is an award-winning children’s book author, as well as a writer with extensive experience in creating content for different media platforms and industries.

Jeffrey Thng serves as the Career Educator at the Centre for Career Readiness (CCR) at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). In this capacity, he is committed to equipping students with essential career skills, facilitating their seamless transition from university to the professional world. He is a proud recipient of SIT’s Student Developer Award (SDA). With over 20 years of experience in education, training, and development, Jeffrey has conducted numerous training programmes for educational institutions, government agencies, and corporations. His areas of expertise include career skills training and development, personality profiling and analysis (MBTI® and DiSC®), and career coaching. He has also been a speaker at prominent Asia Pacific conferences such as APCDA and CBExchange, as well as SIT’s Applied Learning Conference (ALC) and Learning Fiesta. Jeffrey holds a Master’s degree in Professional Education (Training and Development) from Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He is also an accredited Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and a certified Adult Education Professional (AEP).
