About the Speaker:

En. Fadzihan Abbas Mohamed Ramlee

Abbas is currently the CEO & ED of ASNB, a wholly owned Unit Trust Management Company under Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB). ASNB is the largest UTMC in Malaysia, with an AUM of RM290 billion invested by more than 13 million unitholders.

He assumed the position in December 2024, following a six-year stint as PNB’s Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for developing PNB’s long term strategic plan and strategic asset allocation. He has served PNB for more than 18 years, and held multiple portfolios such as the Real Estate Investment, Economy Division and Strategic Investment. 

Abbas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Nottingham and a Capital Markets Services Representative's Licence (CMSRL) from the Securities Commission Malaysia. He is also serving as a non-independent non-executive Director for Velesto Energy Berhad.

Wong Wai Ken

Wai Ken has over 12 years of FI experience. Wai Ken has accumulated asset management experience in the investments division of Khazanah Nasional Berhad and Premium China Funds Management in Australia. He has gained capital markets experience at Affin Hwang Capital serving in both its Corporate Strategy and Equity Capital Markets departments.

With investments, corporate strategy and capital markets experience, he joined StashAway over six years ago to launch the service in Malaysia. StashAway is now Malaysia's leading roboadvisor with a dominant market share and a diversified product suite to help investors grow and protect their wealth.

Wai Ken holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics, Finance and Economic from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia
