About the Programme
This two-hour workshop will provide you with insights on how to sell your SME business when you decide to retire, relocate, or pursue other priorities in life. Areas covered will range from evaluating your business sellability, to the timeline required for the sales process, different processes and valuation of your business. There will be a Q&A session to address your questions as well.
Takeaways for Participants: Participants will learn to ascertain if their business is sellable, how to prepare their business for sale and common mistakes to avoid.

About the Speaker
Macgyver Ng, Founder of Fey Day. (Business Brokerage Firm)
He started his career in the recruitment industry, followed by a Start-up and then a Tech firm. Along the way, he built a six figure e-commerce business (sold it), worked in an aggregator to originate deals (buy side), and presently helping business owners to sell their business.
