About The Curious People Solutions (TCPS Pte Ltd)
The Curious People Solutions is a homegrown innovation agency specialising in business design. Led by two consultants who were trained and certified by Rotman School of Management to practise, facilitate and teach Roger Martin’s famous concept on Business Design Thinking to SMEs and government agencies on a commercial and educational level.
1. Ken Kwan (Founding Partner) : He is currently also an adjunct lecturer at Curtin University and the London School of Economics on market research, statistics for business and management sciences. Prior to that, Ken was a full-time lecturer at Singapore Polytechnic where he developed and taught subjects specialising in Statistics and Business Design Thinking. Ken started his career in the finance sector with Deutsche Bank Singapore.
2. Alfred Chen (Founding Partner): He is currently also teaching academia, management, staff, and students at the Nanyang Technological University on Design Thinking, Service Innovation, and Experience Design. Prior to that he lectured at Singapore Polytechnic where he developed and taught subjects in Tourism, and Business Design Thinking. Alfred started his career as a Market Research Analyst with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
