What is Organisational Development and how can it impact businesses? What are best practices to diagnose Organisation Capability and effective interventions for today’s challenges and opportunities in Brunei?

Following a good conversation on Global Trends that Keep HR Up at Night in the HRS Learn and Connect in August 2022, Human Resources Society (HRS) Brunei now brings you a workshop and connect edition on Organisational Effectiveness - or more widely known in the industry as Organisation Development (OD). This session will provide an introduction to OD, insight into key Organisational Models and tools used to diagnose an organisation’s effectiveness.

This members-only session is designed to be a workshop-style to learn on important practices for an organisation needs to embrace and maintain its levels of performance within a rapidly changing environment. This is because OD can play a vital role in enabling growth in the business through diagnostics and effective interventions. Join Azrina Taib, Head of Organisational Effectiveness, BSP to explore OD in practice and its relevance to HR.

The objectives of this workshop includes:

1. Understand what Organisation Development is and how it can impact the business

2. Practice the application of an Organisation Development tool to diagnose Organisation Capability/ Effectiveness

3. Understand the linkage between Organisation Development and effective Interventions

4. Provide tools, resources and recommendations
