Safe Management Measures

We are glad to be able to have a live audience again. In order to be able to have a live audience, we are complying with the following Safe Management Measures (SMMs), of which you should be aware. This is to ensure safety and that we are in compliance with NAC and CPE guidelines.

Please note that only SAS cardholders will be allowed on campus.
Only SAS cardholders and students are permitted to attend the performance.
Audience members must check in to the performance venue using the Trace Together (TT) app for the performance.
There are QR codes for the venue outside the doors.
Students with tickets, but that do not have phones, will be admitted with visible TT tokens.
Audience members will need to have their temperatures taken.
Audience members must be able to show their unique ticket in order to be admitted.
It will be easier for each audience member to be able to show their personal ticket on their individual devices for quicker seating.

The seating is arranged is in 4 seating zones, A - D. Each Zone has a different queue line, marked in different colors, with 1 meter spaced markings for each audience member to stand on while waiting.
Zones will be admitted and released into and out of the venue at staggered times.
There are 50 fixed seats in each zone, which may not be changed or altered.
During the performance, the audience will not be allowed to move around in the audience and must remain in their designated seats throughout the performance.
Clapping is permitted, but singing and loud cheering are not permitted.
Each seating zone will also use a designated bathroom; this will be announced at the performance.
When entering and exiting the venue, please do not congregate and converse in the lobby area, but rather move in an orderly manner to the entrance or exit.
