The Hungry Ghost Festival, or Zhong Yuan Jie, is a time when the gates of the underworld are believed to open, allowing spirits to visit the living world. While many rituals focus on ancestors, a special set up is dedicated to caring for the children who died young. This tour offers a respectful and deeply moving experience focused on the "Child Ghosts"—the spirits of those who passed away in extreme young age or youth and may not have a family / descendants to venerate them. Explore the deep values of 7th month that highlights the universal human themes of care, empathy, and remembrance.
Every Lunar 7th Month, a special theme is selected for the event setup. These includes the theme of Beach - Theme set up, Halloween, Movies and Bird Park! During this tour, we will check out the interesting and elaborated setup specially done for them. Find out with us the reasons behind this group of people who choose to do so for the children since more than a decade ago!
