This 90-minute workshop blends expert training tips, technique feedback, and insider racing strategies to sharpen your performance. Whether you want to improve your erg efficiency, master the sled push and pull, refine your wall balls, perfect your burpee broad jumps, or build speed and strength on the farmers carry and walking lunges, this session is designed to give you the tools to race smarter, stronger, and faster. The course also allows you to request specific stations or skills you’d like to focus on, giving you a personalised workshop experience.
