Where can I park my car?

There is a huge gantry-operated public carpark right next to the event venue, so you don't have to worry about parking/ pick-ups/ drop-offs!

Question 2

Is the event dog-friendly?

Accepted Answer

YES! Dogs welcome, humans tolerated. 
Just kidding! We have prepared a huge range of human apparel so come with full wallets, doxie-fanatics!

Question 3

Why is it mandatory for our dogs to wear diaper?

Accepted Answer

To ensure that all attendees can have a pleasant experience (e.g, not accidentally stepping on pee/ prevent a "marking hotspot"), all doggos are required to wear a diaper while at the event venue. Also, the venue is parquet flooring so it'll be bad if pee seeps through!

Question 4

Will I be able to buy the merchandise online if I can't make it to the pop-up?

Accepted Answer

It depends! We will only release remaining stocks online after the event! Do note that event discount will not be applicable on online purchases! You can still use our rep codes :)

Question 5

What if the merch are sold out at the event?

Accepted Answer

We'll open waiting lists for sold-out merchandise, and if we think we are able to meet the minimum order quantity, we'll open backorders online! If your name is on the waiting list (not backorder list!), you'll get to enjoy the merchandise at event price! Talk to us if you need clarification!

Is this a rain or shine event?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The event is held indoors so you don't have to worry about the heat/ getting wet!
