About the Programme

Caregiving is a challenging role, which can lead to stress and burnout. Caregivers may think they can (and should) do everything by themselves. This talk aims to provide an overall understanding about caregivers’ stress and preventing burnout. Essential tips will be shared on how caregivers can learn to manage stress and improve self-care.

About the Speaker:

Senior Principal Mental Health Counsellor,
Changi General Hospital
Health Wellness Programme (ASCAT CGH)

Ms Lim Hui Khim is a Senior Principal Mental Health Counsellor with Changi General Hospital. She holds a Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling with Edith Cowen University. She has over 23 years of experience working in the mental health and addiction setting. She is actively involved in clinical supervision, programme development, counselling and support for individuals, couples and families facing both mental health and addiction issues.
