#IamRemarkable Workshop

Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We are passionate about sweating every day and we want the world to know it. Breathing deeply, drinking water and getting outside also top the list of things we can’t live without.

We are excited to invite you to attend the #IamRemarkable workshop. 
#IamRemarkable is a Google initiative empowering women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond, thereby breaking modesty norms and glass ceilings. 
In this interactive session, you will participate in group discussions and exercises to develop the confidence and skills to promote yourself effectively. 
 
During the 90 min #IamRemarkable workshop we will: 
● Share data and research regarding self promotion and unconscious bias 
● Go through the main exercise to help you articulate your achievements and practice self promotion 
● Have a discussion and share take home exercises
 
About Beata
Beata Justkowiak is an ex-athlete, qualified Psychologist, and passionate Life Coach addicted to colourful smoothies and dark chocolate. She provokes the process of growth and challenge the way we think, exercise, work and live. Mental wellness advocate, she takes psychology out of therapy room and proves how practical it is in managing life’s challenges. Beata listens well and people value her intuitive approach and progressive attitude. Always full of energy to educate, inspire and guide.

The nearest outdoor parking lot is available near Tanjong Pagar Plaza. Alternatively, park along Duxton Road or Duxton's open air carpark.
<DIV>The nearest MRT station is Tanjong Pagar mrt on the Green Line. Duxton Road is just a 5-minute walk away.</DIV>
