I'm travelling with a plus-one who WILL be attending the events. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

You will need to buy a full ticket for one of you (with accommodations), and another one without accommodations for your plus-one. A small charge of approximately RM38 nett per night will apply for double occupancy, this will be payable directly to the hotel upon check-in.

I’m travelling with a plus-one who will NOT be attending the event. Can we stay in the same room?

Accepted Answer

All ticket prices are for single-occupancy rates. There will be a small charge of approximately RM38 nett per night by the hotel for a 2nd occupant, and this fee will be payable directly to the hotel upon check-in.

Question 3

Is breakfast included in my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the reservation rate includes breakfast for one guest (or 2 guests for those paying the 2nd-occupant fee).

Question 4

How do I book extra room nights?

Accepted Answer

An email will be sent out in the beginning of August to everyone who has registered, looking to confirm check-in and check-out dates. Please let us know then if you will be staying extra nights.

Question 5

How do I pay for my extra room nights?

Accepted Answer

All extra costs (including extra room nights, double-occupancy fees, minibar charges, etc) will be payable directly to the hotel.

Question 6

How do I get to the hotel from Kuching Airport?

Accepted Answer

We recommend getting a Grab or a taxi from the airport directly. If choosing the latter, please note that many taxis there do not accept card payments. You may also arrange your own private transportation if you prefer.

Question 7

Will I be able to collect Hilton Honors points?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all Hilton Honors guests are eligible to collect their points on this rate. Simply share your Hilton Honors membership number with the Front Desk upon check-in. HH Members are also entitled benefits commensurate with their tier status.

Question 8

Can I get an early check-in/late check out?

Accepted Answer

Early check-ins and late check outs are subject to availability by the hotel. Attendees who require either may request for one when the confirmation email goes out in early August. We will forward the request to the hotel but cannot guarantee that it will be granted.
