Scope of the class:

- Explanation of the type of ingredients used

- Introduction to the differences between the ice cream classifications

- Demonstration of the ice-cream making process

- Hands-on session where participants work in pairs to make Chocolate and Horlicks ice cream

- Ice cream buffet throughout the class, where participants can enjoy unlimited servings of the 27 flavours.

- 10% off waffles and takeaway tubs on the day of the class

Participants take home:

- A recipe card of the ice cream recipes taught during the class

- The ice cream they made
