Big data. Use statistics. Research insights. With technology, we are increasingly able to gather information on how a business is performing, and even to better understand how customers use a product. But just because we know what is going on, doesn't necessarily mean we know what to do about it. To turn insights into an actionable plan is even more important than getting those insights in the first place. Organised by <a href="https://reassemble.io/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Reassemble </a>in conjunction with <a href="https://www.justcoglobal.com/sg/justco-campus-week-2021" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">JustCo Campus Week</a>, this workshop will take a dive into some of the main tools used to ideate. We explore the importance of using different methods, the general process of widening and narrowing our ideas, and get hands-on to ideate solutions that may be applicable to your own company's situation. About SpeakerWilson is a UX designer, content strategist, a lateral thinker and a co-founder of Reassemble, a boutique UX design company. He is also an ACTA-qualified adult learning facilitator who has facilitated workshops and training at NUS, SMU, Insead and the Ministry of Finance among others. A graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, he crossed over into User-Centred Design after a stint in marketing and fundraising. Now, his work focuses on the ways digital products can be better for both users and society at large, by being mindful of user needs and behaviour, and how they interact with content and the structure of digital products.<h3>About JustCo Campus Week</h3>
