About Talk Your Heart Out (TYHO)

Talk Your Heart Out (TYHO) is an end-to-end therapy platform that offers a variety of therapy services for individuals, couples, families, and businesses.

About the Webinar

Ever felt guilty for saying no to your parents? 😅

You're not alone. Sometimes, even a small boundary can trigger a big reaction, from silent treatment, guilt-tripping, to emotional outbursts. So you give in, not because you’re okay with it, but because you just don’t want to deal with the drama.

But over time, saying yes when you mean no can make you feel angry, hopeless, or maybe even exhausted.

In this free AMA-style webinar, TYHO Therapist Avanti will walk you through why boundaries feel so tough, and how to set them in ways that feel respectful and clear.

In this webinar, learn how to:

  • Spot the signs that it’s time to draw a boundary
  • Identify and set healthy boundaries (without the guilt)
  • Stay calm and emotionally grounded in tough conversations

Who is this for?

Anyone who struggles with guilt, people-pleasing, or tension in their relationship with their parents.

After the main session, join Avanti for a live Q&A where she’ll answer your questions in real time.
