What has the price included?

The price is all inclusive, including: floral materials, basket & foam, tools might use during workshop (tools can't be taken away) and the 9% GST

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes! If you are unable to attend the workshop, please contact us at least 2 days in advance. we'll be happy to help you reschedule or provide a full refund.

What's your refund policy?

Yes, we offer refunds! If you contact us at least 2 days before the workshop begins, you'll receive a full refund. If the cancellation is within 48 hours, we're sorry that we can't offer a refund. However, you're welcome to visit our studio to collect the materials that have been prepared for you.

What if the class gets cancelled?

If we have to cancel the class, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a for a future session - whichever you prefer. We'll notify you as early as possible and make sure you're taken care of.

Why is full payment required?

Fully payment is required to confirm your booking. We seek your understanding as all materials are prepared in advance for each participant to ensure a smooth and enjoyable workshop experience.
