When & where is IAF 2024 happening?

The IAF2024 is happening from July 5 to July 7 and will be held at the ArtSpace @ Helutrans (Tanjong Pagar Distripark, 39 Keppel Road #01-02, Singapore 089065). Note that July 5 is by invitation only.

Question 2

Is entry to IAF2024  free of charge?

Accepted Answer

Entry to IAF2024 is ticketed.All tickets are per-day entry and admit one.
Eventbrite's ticketing fees are applicable.

Question 3

Will tickets be available at the door?

Accepted Answer

Yes, tickets will be sold at the door at the same price via Eventbrite. However, securing your ticket online in advance will allow you to skip the line at the door, making entry to the event ultra quick and seamless. Note the ticketing fee is still applicable on tickets sold at the door.

Do children need a ticket?

No, children under 6 do not need a ticket.

Question 5

Are refunds/reschedules/exchanges/cancellations allowed?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, there is no refund, exchange, reschedule, or cancellation once tickets are sold.

What are the restrictions and validity period for the ticket?

Accepted Answer

The ticket is only valid during the festival period. It is not allowed to resell the tickets and the ticket is non-refundable after been used.

Question 7

Am I allowed to re-enter the fair within the same day with the same ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you exit the venue and wish to re-enter on the same day, you may do so if there is no queue. However, if there is a queue, you will be asked to join the back of the queue.

Are pets allowed at IAF2024?

The event is pet-friendly, welcoming all pets.

Is there parking for visitors who are driving?

Accepted Answer

For cars, parking is available at 39 Tanjong Pagar Distripark. A parking fee applies. For motorcycles, free parking is available all day from Monday to Sunday at 37 Tanjong Pagar Distripark.

Will there be programmes at IAF2024?

Accepted Answer

Yes! There will be talks by guest artists throughout the festival. All programs are free of charge unless otherwise noted.

What kinds of payment methods are accepted at IAF2024?

Accepted Answer

Cash and/or cashless payments are accepted by all Exhibitors.

Is the IAF2024  wheelchair and stroller accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes, IAF2024 is wheelchair and stroller accessible. In the event of crowding, we strongly suggest parking strollers outside the venue.

Alight at Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (EW15). Take Exit E and head towards bus stop no. 03217 (Opp AXA Tower), located along Shenton Way. Hop onto any of the buses: 10, 97, 100. Alight at bus stop no. 14061 (Opp Former Railway Stn), along Keppel Road. Walk straight for 200m with Tanjong Pagar.
