We are a growing, quiet group of professionals and business owners who seek to connect with other introverts. We prefer small group conversations to larger events and always enjoy the one-to-one chats with each other in this group.We want to learn how to better relate, network and interact not only with introverts but with extroverts too. But we are not in a rush to welcome extroverts to this group. While business is important, we feel that it’s more important for us to feel comfortable in an environment that allows us to be ourselves. It’s tough enough out there.If you are an introvert or introverted and looking for a platform to network, you are welcome here. We schedule meetings twice monthly to cater to employees as well as entrepreneurs. We will talk about work, business, family or life experiences.

For years, I forced myself to “act extroverted” in an extroverted world — attending events without strategy, feeling exhausted, and seeing little outcome. In this sharing, I’m not teaching you how to network. I’m simply sharing my journey — what didn’t work, what slowly changed, and how networking eventually became one of my most important personal development avenues. Through real conversations and support from people I met along the way (especially during challenging times like Covid), I learned practical lessons about clarity, decision-making, mindset, and building a business as a solopreneur. This sharing is for introverts who value learning, depth, and meaningful connection — and who want to approach networking step by step, at their own pace, in a way that feels aligned and sustainable. Part 2: Common travel problems and how to resolve them easily (By Ray Oh) Ever faced flight delays, lost luggage, travel sickness, or unexpected expenses while travelling? In this short sharing, I’ll cover the most common travel problems people face and more importantly, simple, practical ways to handle them calmly and confidently. About the speakers: Ray Oh leads Introverts Network Asia, guiding the community with a calm, practical approach and a strong focus on meaningful connection. Lee Hui Fang has been part of the organising team since 2019, supporting events behind the scenes and helping create a welcoming space for introverts to connect and learn. Both are often present at events — whether hosting or not — quietly ensuring things run smoothly and participants feel comfortable.
