🌱 Why This Event Matters

Wellness doesn’t need to be expensive.
Sometimes, it’s the simple, everyday things that help us feel grounded, connected, and well. Wellness doesn’t have to look like massages, retreats, or costly self-care routines.

As we celebrate Occupational Therapy Day 2026 through the IMH Wellness Fiesta, we hope to show how:

  • everyday activities can restore us,
  • creativity can heal,
  • connection can strengthen, and
  • simple habits can support long-term wellbeing.

This is the heart of occupational therapy—using meaningful activities to help people live well and thrive.

Come explore what wellness looks like for you — one meaningful moment at a time.
