Importance of Estate Planning (Activity-Based-Workshop)

Objective

In this activity-based workshop, you will learn the purpose, importance, considerations of estate planning. With case studies, you will understand what happens if you do not plan and your estate is distributed according to the Intestate Succession Act. Also covered is planning ahead with the Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), Advance Care Planning (ACP) and Advance Medical Directive (AMD).
