About this event
"There is no greater method for experiencing peace of mind and happiness than to understand and meditate on emptiness."- Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
How do things really exist? Are things as solid and real as they seem?
Nothing in this world could be more meaningful, or spiritually beneficial, than to explore Buddha’s teachings on emptiness – teachings which reveal the true nature of reality. The view of emptiness that reveals the dream-like nature of things teaches us that we can rise above our difficulties, gradually becoming more light, peaceful, and flexible in the face of all circumstances. It is through deepening our understanding of emptiness that we can come to solve all of our problems and be of maximum benefit to others.
During this 4-week series, Kelsang Rabka will explain emptiness through teachings, meditations and Q&A, and how we can apply this understanding in our daily life to transform our life and experiences with wisdom.
