In Our Own Frame: Artists in Conversation & Guided Tour

In Our Own Frame is an artist talk and guided tour that accompanies the exhibition showcasing photographs by 22 image-makers.

Bringing together multiple perspectives shaped through collective walking, looking, and image-making, the programme offers insight into the creative processes, personal narratives, and shared experiences behind the works on display.

Featuring Benjamin Tan, Donna Chiu, Kantaya New, and Farah Natasya Roslee (WiSSG), and Yap Yen (WiSSG), the session invites audiences to engage with the exhibition through conversation and close looking, exploring how photography can frame everyday encounters, community, and ways of seeing.

The guided tour provides an opportunity to hear directly from the artists and facilitators, deepening understanding of the exhibition’s themes and the collaborative nature of the POV programme.
