誰でも簡単に始められると日本で話題の『美筋ヨガ』の考案者『廣田なお』がシンガポールで初めてのワークショップを開催します。

解剖学に基づき、「ほぐし」をキーワードにできるだけ楽に低負荷な運動で美筋を作るヨガを是非体験ください。老若男女問わず、お子様もご一緒に参加頂けます。
