WhenMonday 5 July - Friday 9 July 10am - 3pm dailyMonday 12 July - Friday 16 July 10am - 3pm dailyWhereStudio Room @ The Yards, Block 406 Joo Chiat Place #02-21/22 Singapore 428084Have you ever seen a play and thought, “I could do better than that”?Do you have the best idea for a play that needs to find a life on the stage?Now is your opportunity!Working with award-winning theatre maker, Claire Glenn, and playwright, Ben Brooker, participants in this program will spend two weeks becoming co-creators and collaborators within the creative process. Young, emerging artists will be given the space to create the work that they want to create, by responding to provocations to ignite the devising process. They will experiment with physicality, use improvisation, and task work to explore pertinent themes, work as an ensemble, investigate world issues and current events, tell stories, analyse, and interpret scripts, develop characters, and rehearse and refine performance outcomes.RequirementsParticipants will need to wear comfortable clothing and bring their own lunch, snacks and mask(s). If you cancel within 48 hours of the event, no refund will be provided. If Conundrum is required to cancel due to Covid restrictions changing prior to the event, we will refund you 100% (excluding booking fee).
