Shirsha is the Director, Research Engineering in Thomson Reuters in Bangalore, working to transform Content and Editorial Workflows with AI. Shirsha gets to do a lot of experimentation with AI. She is passionate about successful operationalizing and sustenance of AI solutions. She works with communities on AI for good, societal impact projects and in the tech for D&I space. She loves to network with people who are using AI and modern tech for building a better world that is more inclusive, more digital and together a better tomorrow.

Archana Shukla, Head, Project Logistics, A.P. Moller - Maersk

A technology leader at Maersk with over 25 years of experience in building products and platforms in various tech verticals like communication s/w, cloud, supply chain domain. Archana currently leads a high-impact team that works across customer onboarding, platform capabilities, and innovation in AI and data analytics.

Beyond my core role, I’m deeply passionate about mentoring — especially supporting women and interns in tech. I actively guide them in shaping their career paths, building confidence, and strengthening their personal brand within the organization. I also contribute to Maersk’s diversity and inclusion initiatives, women empowerment programs like RISE, and help define onboarding and growth strategies for new talent. Innovation, empathy, and empowerment are the principles I lead with. My tagline is - whatever it takes.

Rashmi Chandrashekar, Chief Operation Officer & APAC Lead, DigitalXForce

Rashmi Chandrashekar is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with 26 years of comprehensive experience in cybersecurity domains, bringing exceptional expertise in security technology consulting, large-scale transformation, managed security services, security platform and engineering. She serves as Chief Operation Officer & APAC Lead at DigitalXForce.

Prior to joining DigitalXForce, Rashmi was part of the cybersecurity leadership team in Accenture, IBM, DXC and Wipro where she held leadership roles in technology consulting, offering development, client solution development, Security Centre of Excellence and global delivery network for cybersecurity service delivery. Rashmi has led women in Cybersecurity and STEM initiatives in DXC and Accenture.
