Be guided through a 4 week program integrating yoga, qigong and breath practices to relieve your stress, calm your mind and body on a cellular level, and boost your immune response.
Each week you'll be guided through a practice with a different focus:
09/1 Week 1: Alleviate Anxiety
16/1Week 2: Boost your immunity
23/1 Week 3: Calm your busy mind
30/1 Week 4: Dock your Dan Tian energy

Your guide: Wenlin Tan
Wenlin is an independent mindset & movement consultant with over 7 years experience working in healthcare and wellness research. She specialises in supporting working women to beat burnout, fatigue and overwork to create sustainable success while feeling energized, inspired and fulfilled.
Wenlin has taught at Yoga studios like YogaUnion Turin, and Private clubs such as Straits Clan Singapore, as well as private resorts like Obonjan private island resort, Croatia. She is Yoga Alliance USA certified (E-RYT200, RYT500, YACEP) with >5 years teaching experience, and specialises in Qigong fusion flow to replenish depleted energy and Somatic Yoga & meditation to relieve chronic stress & tension from overwork.
