About this event
Have you ever wondered how your mind and body process emotions, memories, and deep-rooted patterns—often without you even realizing it?
What if you could unlock a deeper layer of self-awareness and insight, revealing what has been hidden beneath the surface?
Innerdance offers a transformative experience that uses sound, touch, and energy to guide you into a deeply immersive state, similar to the REM phase of sleep. In this state, your nervous system is allowed to surface and process subconscious material, bringing clarity and healing to unresolved emotions and unrecognized patterns.
What to Expect During a Session:
You’ll begin by lying comfortably while the facilitator creates a vibratory field through a carefully curated playlist. This will gently guide your brainwaves and heart rate into a rhythmic journey, helping you enter a relaxed, yet heightened state of awareness. The session concludes with a shared circle, where you’ll integrate the insights and experiences gained during the journey.
During Innerdance:
· The Default Mode Network of the brain temporarily shuts off, allowing you to step outside of your usual mental habits and conditioning. This creates a safe space to explore hidden emotions, memories, and patterns from a fresh, more objective perspective.
· Your brainwaves slow from the usual Beta state (associated with stress and focus) to Theta and Delta states—activating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), which facilitates access to deep insights, symbolic imagery, and past memories.
· Some participants experience spontaneous tremors or a ‘dance’. This is a soulful expression as the body responds to the sounds and vibrations.
How Participants Can Benefit:
Innerdance offers a powerful opportunity to release old patterns and limiting beliefs. Whether through vivid visions, symbolic imagery, or subtle shifts in perspective, participants often leave with a greater sense of clarity about their life, relationships, and deeper purpose.
Some even experience profound shifts in awareness, emerging with a renewed sense of self-connection and meaning.
If you’re looking for an experience that goes beyond traditional methods of healing, counselling or talk therapy, Innerdance may be the practice you’ve been searching for. It’s a space for healing and transformation, where the parts of you that have been waiting to be seen and understood can finally emerge.
No prior experience with meditation, yoga, or similar practices is required—just an open mind, a sense of curiosity, and a willingness to explore the deeper layers of your consciousness.
