What began in January 2022 as a cozy home studio—a sanctuary for those seeking deep healing of mind, heart, and spirit—has blossomed into something greater. Founded by Fiona and Noel, our intimate space was designed for connection: a converted living room for yoga, healing events, and heartfelt gatherings, plus a private therapy room for one-on-one sessions.

Today, we’re honored to extend our mission beyond our studio, bringing transformative wellness experiences to New Bahru, and other inspired spaces. Yet our essence remains the same: curated, soulful, and deeply personal.
