The new way of working is the big question mark for many people leaders in Singapore. For the most of 2020, we learned to managed working from home. 2021 brings us more options and we observe many different approaches in this scenario.

The last 12 months taught us many insights about safe working environments, virtual collaboration, and dealing with an ever changing ecosystem - the good and the bad sides. How can we translate these into the new way of working?

In this workshop, we want to bring together peers to share and learn from each others' experiences. We intend to facilitate a high quality conversation and to give all of us content and a framework to go back to our daily work. These will allow us to accelerate engagement and excellence with our people.

He enabled thousands of people and leaders across 4 continents to develop customer-centric culture and is a regular keynote speaker on topics of services & operational excellence; creative problem solving and continuous innovation.

Tim Wieringa
